Vacate cleaning (also called bond cleaning or end of lease cleaning) is a detailed clean required when you move out of a rental property in Perth. It’s designed to meet property manager and landlord standards so you can maximise your chances of getting your full bond back.

Our vacate cleaning service covers interior areas only and includes:

✔️ Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
✔️ Internal windows and glass
✔️ Oven, stovetop and rangehood cleaning
✔️ Cupboards (must be empty and accessible)
✔️ Skirting boards and light switches
✔️ Spot wall cleaning
✔️ Vacuuming and light stain treatment of carpets

Please note the following exclusions:

• Exterior windows and flyscreens
• Steam cleaning or shampooing of carpets
• Pressure washing
• Cleaning at height or requiring ladders
• Grout restoration (basic scrubbing only)
• Gardens, garages, balconies and carports
• Any exterior areas

Yes. We offer a Bond Back Guarantee on our vacate cleans.

If your property manager raises any cleaning-related issues, you must:
• Notify us within 72 hours of the inspection
• Provide clear photo or video evidence
• Allow reasonable access for a return visit

The guarantee applies to cleaning issues only. It does not cover damage, maintenance, wear and tear, or non-cleaning items.

Where required, we will return and re-clean at no extra charge. A refund is only considered if we’re unable to fix the issue after a reasonable opportunity.

There’s no fixed time limit on a vacate clean — we stay until the job is done properly.

As a general guide, most standard homes take around 6 man-hours, but the actual time depends on the size and condition of the property.

Time estimates are provided in man-hours. If more than one cleaner attends, the total time is shared across the team. You’re not paying for a set number of hours — you’re paying for the clean to be completed to end of lease standard.

No, you don’t need to be present. However, you must ensure we have clear and safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

Before your clean, please ensure:

• Electricity and water are connected
• The property is vacant (unless agreed otherwise)
• All personal items are removed from surfaces and cupboards
• Pets are secured
• Clear and safe access is provided

We don’t take responsibility for holding or managing client keys.

If you won’t be present to provide access, you must provide secure access instructions — we recommend using a lockbox.

If you are unhappy with your vacate clean, you must:
• Notify us within 72 hours 
• Provide clear photo or video evidence
• Allow reasonable access for a return visit

Where required, we will return and re-clean at no extra charge or provide a partial refund.

When booking your vacate clean, you can choose from two simple payment options.

You can either pay after the clean is completed, with no upfront payment required, or pay securely online at the time of booking using a debit or credit card.

If you choose to pay after the clean, we’ll send you a secure Stripe payment link once the job is finished so you can pay by card — our cleaners are not involved in taking payment.

All payments are processed through Stripe, a fully encrypted and PCI-compliant gateway, and your card details are never stored on our servers.

Either way, booking online is fast and gives you instant confirmation of your clean.

Our prices depend on the size of your property. Unlike many other cleaning companies, we offer fixed-price services based on property size — no hidden extras, no surprises.

You can get an instant quote and book your clean directly through our online booking page, so you’ll know the cost upfront and can confirm your booking in just a few clicks.

• Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time incur no fee
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking incur a 50% cancellation fee
• A 100% service fee applies if we’re locked out, asked to reschedule at the door, or no authorised person is available to provide access
