Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Our Service.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Bond Back Cleaning (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the Client”). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Services Provided
    Bond Back Cleaning provides professional end of lease and vacate cleaning services throughout Perth, Western Australia. All services are performed in accordance with the booking details and the Cleaning Specifics Policy below.

  2. Bond Back Guarantee
    We offer a Bond Back Guarantee on end of lease cleans.
    If your property manager or landlord raises any cleaning-related issues, you must notify us within 72 hours of the inspection, provide clear photographic or video evidence, and allow reasonable access for a return visit.
    The guarantee applies strictly to cleaning issues only and does not cover damage, maintenance, wear and tear, or non-cleaning items.
    Where necessary, we will provide a re-clean at no additional charge. A refund will only be considered if we are unable to rectify the issue after a reasonable opportunity.

  3. Booking Policy
    Bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil the booking, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund.

  4. Home Condition Policy
    If a property is deemed hazardous or unsafe for our staff — including excessive filth, mould, animal or human waste — we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the service. In such cases, a $50 booking fee will apply due to the reserved time and scheduling impact.

  5. Cleaning Specifics Policy
    The Client acknowledges and agrees to the following limitations:
    Wall cleaning is spot cleaning only.
    Windows are interior glass only. Exterior windows and flyscreens are excluded.
    Cupboards must be empty and accessible prior to service.
    Carpets include vacuuming and light stain treatment only. No steam cleaning or shampooing is provided.
    Grout restoration is not guaranteed; basic scrubbing only.
    Gardens, garages, carports and balconies are excluded.
    Pressure washing is not included.
    Cleaning at height or requiring ladders is not included.
    All services are for interior areas only.

  6. Client Responsibilities
    The Client must ensure electricity and water are connected, the property is vacant unless otherwise agreed, clear and safe access is provided at the scheduled time, pets are secured, and all personal items are removed from surfaces and cupboards. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or cancellation of service.

  7. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    A 100% service fee applies where our team is locked out, the Client requests rescheduling at the door, or no authorised person is present to provide access.

  8. Key Policy
    We do not accept responsibility for holding or managing client keys.
    If the Client is not present, secure access instructions must be provided. We recommend the use of a lockbox.
    We are not liable for loss or damage of keys provided outside of these arrangements.
    If key collection is required from another location prior to the service, a $50 fee applies for time and travel.

  9. Breakage & Loss
    All claims must be reported within 72 hours with photographic evidence and damage estimates.
    We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, faulty or poorly installed items, or loss or damage to keys.

  10. Satisfaction Guarantee
    If you are not satisfied, we will offer a re-clean or partial refund where appropriate. Notification must be provided via email within 72 hours of service with supporting evidence.

  11. Duration & Team Allocation
    Estimated cleaning durations are provided as man-hours. If multiple cleaners attend, the total time is divided across the team.

  12. Payment & Late Payment Policy
    Payment is due upon completion unless invoicing has been agreed in advance.
    Where invoicing applies, full payment is due within 7 days.
    If unpaid after 28 days, a $120 late fee applies and interest accrues at 10% per month.
    The Client agrees to indemnify Bond Back Cleaning for all recovery and legal costs incurred in connection with unpaid accounts.

  13. Limitation of Liability
    Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of bond, rent or income. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

  14. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.

  15. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
